Oh no! I have forgotten my password. How can I get it reset?

I need to update the SI Card numbers on my account. How can I do this?

This website helps increase the accuracy of entires and also integrates with the competition software used.

I have entered an event but the entry's status is 'Provisional'. What does this mean?

When you submit your entry for an event it is displayed on the event's page. Your entry will first be displayed as 'Provisional' until the event organisers have received payment from you. Once they have received your payment your entry status will change to 'Confirmed'. Please note: Your entry to an event is not considered finalised until payment has been received and your status changed to 'Confirmed'. Your payment MUST be received by the organisers of the event before the payment closure date for that event. If payment has not been received you may be charged late fees by the organisers or your entry may not be accepted.

I have already entered an event but have made a mistake. How can I change my entry?

Additions or adjustments for entries can be made up until an event's closing date by emailing entries AT bendigo-orienteers.com.au from your registered email address. Some events have further avenues for entry corrections. Please check the event organiser's website for those details.
